All applicants must be recommended by responsible adults
or school counselors who know the applicant's character
and academic ability. Students must be high school seniors
when they first apply. The applicant must reside in
the 1st Congressional District of Missouri. If the applicant is eligible, they must be a registered voter. No applicant
will be denied participation based on race, creed, color,
national origin or religion.
There are no charges associated with particpation in
the application process. Scholarships are renewable
based on academic achievement.
