Held at the beautiful Missouri History Museum, the WLCSRF 40th Anniversary Celebration highlighted current scholars, recent grads, and alumni across the decades. The evening was also a public thank you to everyone who has played a part in WLCSRF’s success.

During the 40th Anniversary Celebration news of the William L. Clay, Sr. Institute of Civic Engagement and Economic Justice, established in partnership with Saint Louis University, was announced. The Clay Institute will provide immersive learning experiences and hands-on training that address the social and economic challenges facing the St. Louis region and the nation. Institute programming will be available to all students with an interest in civic engagement and democratic participation. The William L. Clay Sr. Institute of Civic Engagement and Economic Justice is set to launch fall of 2025.
